Chiropracitc care

my technique

My technique is blending and unique to each patient. I use a diversified technique for my adjustments. I do primarily manual adjusting along with activator and drop piece. No person is the same, so each individual that comes into the clinic will have a technique and approach that is unique to them and supported by research.

A note from our massage therapists, Chau:

Hello!

I'm passionate about systems! I'm certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Sport, Reflexology and Lymphatic Drainage at Saint Paul college's massage therapy program.  I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development at U of M, Twin Cities and worked for over 15 years in financial systems.  In 2021, I sought a career change due to a shift of interest to human systems, and the need to have flexibility in my work schedule. I'm FASCINATED with our muscular system and love giving as well as receiving massages on a regular basis.  I have given over 800 hours of hands on massage and I absolutely love what I do for each client at each session.  I sincerely invite you to relax & give your body some self care with me!

physioTherapies

Although Chiropractic treatments can make a significant impact, Physiotherapies are great for enhancing and speeding up the healing process for the surrounding tissues.

Our Products

  • Supplementation

Supplements are great to increase your micronutrient intake if you are not able to get it through your diet. The best way to determine if you are deficient is through blood work but you can also look at your diet to see what supplements you could benefit from.

  • Topical

Topical treatments are great to alleviate aches and pains through out your day. Our favorite is Biofreeze which acts as a form of cold therapy and is great for when you are on the go.

  • CBD Products

Our endocannabinoid system (ECS) is essential in maintaining homeostasis. CBD supplementation can help with immune support, restorative sleep stress reduction, anxiety, pain and inflammation.

  • Foam Roller & Lacrosse Ball

A Foam Roller and Lacrosse ball are the two things I recommend to almost every patient. These two products can help with general aches and pains.
